I became a product designer because I believe good design can genuinely help people; by making the complex feel simple, and the digital feel human.

At Exizent, I focus on simplifying estate administration for legal professionals and families. I lead user research, facilitate workshops, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and accessible digital experiences that make a meaningful impact.

Over the past year, I have taken on broader responsibilities, helping to shape product direction, mentor colleagues, and support the growth of design maturity within the organisation. My work ensures that user needs are consistently aligned with business goals, resulting in inclusive and effective solutions.

Before joining Exizent, I worked at CTC Pensions Technology, where I combined UX consultancy with digital product management. I partnered with major clients in the pensions and investment sectors to guide product strategy and deliver user-focused solutions that improved engagement and usability across complex platforms.

My background in both digital and physical UX design gives me a holistic approach to problem-solving. I studied at the University of Strathclyde and earned an MA in Industrial Design from Loughborough Design School, where I deepened my understanding of user behaviour and design processes.

Outside of work, I explore form and function through pottery. This hands-on creative outlet enhances my appreciation for tactile design and human interaction, and it continues to inform my approach to digital design.

I believe that design is a powerful tool for helping people. I thrive in collaborative environments where design plays a strategic role in shaping products that bring clarity, empathy, and value to users.
